O conheci a um bom tempo, mas nos falamos pouco, como sempre a vida vai nos levando cada um a seu proprio caminho. Mesmo assim vez ou outra nos falamos e a cada nova conversa percebo o quanto ele é fera! Ele estuda a fundo os mestres de animação, sabe cada um dos seus nomes, suas caracteristicas e etc.

Hoje ele alimenta o jornal batista do sul com a tirinha do mascote deles. E ainda mantém o E-L Toons com as tirinhas das Pedras e do Gordo, além de ilustrações sensacionais, ocasionalmente!

This last week are very hard for me... I was sent to the night shift. Because of that my production dropped a bit. Still managed to do some paint tests for show here.

Sometimes we, artists, find ourselves locked. Facing the white, scared of how the page should look after the passage of the pencil. To prevent this fear I adopted a series of exercises that I call the Skating.


As vezes nós, desenhistas, nos vemos bloqueados. Encarando a folha branca, com medo de como a folha ficará depois da passagem do lápis. Para evitar que esse medo eu adotei uma série de exercicios que passei a chamar de Skating.

These exercises are based on the book of Betty Edwards 'Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain'.Estes exercicios sao baseados no livro da Betty Edwards  "Desenhando com o Lado Direito do Cérebro".
