The fist exercises, os primeiros exercícios

Perspective is one of the issues that beginners and self-learners the most feared, sometimes hate it, sometimes pretend doesn't exist. Do not be one of those, if your weaknesses are perspective drawings, face it.

Pespectiva é um dos assuntos que pricipiantes e autodidatas, ou principiantes autodidatas, mais temem, as vezes odeiam, outras vezes fingem não existir. Não seja um desses, se o desenho de pespectiva é um dos seus pontos fracos encare isso de frente para tirar de letra mais tarde.

Straight Lines, Linhas Retas

First of all, straight lines, draw them relentlessly. Turn your arm in a machine to makestraight lines. Primeiro de tudo, linhas retas, desenhe-as incansavelmente. Transforme seu braço numa maquina de fazer linhas retas.

Point to point, Ponto a ponto

Same purpose as the previous exercise but now you previously defined the initial andfinal. This will become essential when drawing the grid of perspective.

Curves, Curvas

In the post Warm Up - Aquecimentos has some warm exercises straight lines too, but if someone was in the Blog Sequential see Fabio suggests not change position of sheet, to gain the ability to draw straight lines in any position of hand.

By contrast Scott didn't care much for it, he admits he will have a most comfortable position where the lines are of higher quality.

Em contra partida o Scott não liga muito pra isso, ele admite que terá uma posição de maior conforto onde as linhas serão de maior qualidade.

No ultimo post vimos o grande Mark McDonnell dando dicas de como se preparar para o desenhar gestual - penso que aquelas dicas valem pra muito mais coisas - E com as dicas ele apresentou seus materiais, INCRÍVEIS materiais...

Full graphite pencil, it is originally like this fist. Without the crack of course. Because it is make of ALL graphite it breaks easily, so for a pencil extender is the best option to use it up because he's kind of pesadinho, then, since the extender is you get a more anatomical grip more comfortable.

Lápis integral, ele é originalmente parecido com esse aqui. Sem a rachadura claro. Como ele é TODO de grafite ele quebra fácil, logo um extensor pra lápis é a melhor pedida para usa-lo, até por que ele é meio que pesadinho, ai como o extensor é mais anatômico você obterá uma pegada mais confortável.

More ones, we have here more four main types of pensils.
Mais alguns, temos quatro grupos principais nesse estojo.

The first group is the yellow Koh-I-Nor, I'm from 8B to the 7H - of course not all are there -are great for all you do is, each number with its characteristic course.

The other two byside are white crayon, for the ligths and this stuffs.

Os outros dois ao lado são lapis crayon branco, para luzes e essas coisas.

And the last three are brack crayon, nero softs. They are great for rendering, because your absence of glare.

E os três últimos são crayons nero softs. São lápis ótimos para acabamento, por que não brilham e trazem um preto mais escuro.

And finally, my darlings, colored pencils of Stadler, are awesome, are erasable pencil, really erasable one. And my Pentel mechanical pencil that I use only for the graffiti there are alsocolorful, they come in assorted colors, beware they are not truegraphite rods are kind of colored wax, are not erasable.

E por ultimo, meus queridinhos lápis coloridos da Stadler, são show de bola, são lápis apágaveis, de verdade. E a minha lapiseira pentel que uso apenas para os grafites coloridos que também estão ai, os grafites são da Tree, eles vem em cores sortidas, cuidado com eles, não são grafite de verdade são meio que bastões de cera colorida, não são apagáveis.
